Vendor Agreement – Market1.in
1. Payment Terms
Payments for completed orders will be credited within 7 to 10 working days after successful order delivery.
Delays due to bank processing, compliance checks, or disputes may extend the payment timeline.
2. Commission & Fee Structure
Market1.in charges a commission on every sale based on the product category.
Market1.in reserves the right to modify the commission percentage with or without prior notice.
3. Order Processing & Delivery
Vendors must dispatch and deliver orders within the agreed timeframe.
Late shipments, cancellations without valid reasons, or repeated delays may result in penalties or account suspension.
4. Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Electronics: No returns if the security seal is broken or tampered with.
Software Products: Covered under manufacturer warranty only (no refunds or exchanges).
5. Legal Compliance & Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent transactions, misuse of debit/credit cards, fake GST details, and selling illegal goods (including drugs) will lead to strict legal action.
Market1.in complies with Indian laws including the IT Act, Consumer Protection Act, and IPC sections.
6. Vendor Conduct & Customer Interactions
Abusive language, misbehavior, or harassment towards customers or Market1.in’s support staff will lead to account suspension and legal action.
7. Termination & Suspension
Market1.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, Consumer Protection Rules, and IPC sections.
